For a user to be able to login and make support request or post to the community pages the following conditions must be met:

• Your user is marked as a Key User in user authorisation within Vault.
• Your user is linked to a worker/contractor who has a valid email address stored in Vault.
• Logged into Vault within the last 30 days to a non demo/training system.
